ENGINEERING AND SERVICES
Training for plant teams.
Industrial monitoring and process-analysis training tailored to the responsibilities of production, maintenance and engineering personnel.
Training topics.

Monitoring and operational records
Identifying machine states, downtime causes, production references and quantities. Improving the consistency of shop-floor records.

Energy and productivity
Interpreting power, energy, specific consumption indicators and OEE components. Comparing data over consistent periods and using appropriate units.

Injection moulding process
Understanding how material, mould, machine and operating conditions interact. Planning process trials and reviewing their results.
TRAINING · SHOP-FLOOR APPLICATION
Every record should be useful during the shift.
Training connects the use of monitoring screens to daily tasks: recording work orders and downtime reasons, reporting accepted and rejected parts, and consulting indicators for the relevant period.

How can teams practise with real operating data?
Use a familiar production shift: identify the product, cycles and stops; review quality reports; distinguish information available from machine signals from what operators must enter. Exercises are adapted to the data available and authorised for use.

PEOPLE AND DIGITALISATION
Preserve the knowledge of experienced plant personnel
Documenting validated process settings, start-up procedures, adjustment criteria and operator experience supports training and process repeatability. Explore how a pilot intervention can transfer practical process knowledge.

TECHNICAL TRAINING · REAL OPERATING DATA
Learn from your own plant’s operating records.
Technical sessions examine cycles, production conditions, downtime and process outcomes familiar to the participants. Data become useful when the team understands how they were collected and which decisions they can support.

Understand the cycle
Compare products and operating periods using the events and variables actually available.

Interpret energy use
Identify the measurement boundary and analyse when, where and under which conditions energy is consumed.

Distinguish production losses
Separate availability, performance and quality so OEE remains an interpretable indicator.

Record operational context
Involve production staff in recording downtime, work orders, materials and quality information that give meaning to measured curves.
Learn through a real plant application.
Where suitable records are available and their use is authorised, training can incorporate data from the participants’ own application. Objectives, participants’ experience, delivery format and exercises are agreed before the programme is defined.
Define a training programme
- Participants’ roles and experience.
- Problems and tasks the team needs to address.
- Systems and data the team will use.
- Delivery format, duration and availability.
- Exercises and intended learning outcomes.
